Our 2023 Goal: Expanding to the U.S.

One of our main goals for 2023 is to execute our plan and expand to the USA. This is a massive opportunity for investors for various reasons; however, the main one is that the capital needed to invest in these real estate properties is significantly lower than in Canada.

Project Update: St. Catherine’s

At our St. Catherine project, there has been underground directional drilling under a 4-lane regional road; the water meter is being upgraded from a 1” line to a 2”. This will increase the volume of water that can flow, which will reduce the pressure loss at the other end of the pipe when water is flowing.
