We’ve been busy
This apartment building investment has been going extremely well. If you didn’t know, this is the biggest project we’ve ever taken on to this day. We’ve learned a lot and are excited to share some updates with you.
With this investment, we decided to implement the BRRRR strategy. If you’re unaware of what that means, it is a strategy where you “Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, and Repeat”. This way, we’ll be able to maximize our ROI on this eight-unit building after some much-needed TLC as the property will become desirable to live in.
In our video, we discuss the changes we plan on making to the property while we give you a quick walkthrough. When we first bought this building, it was in really bad shape. This building needed some rearranging and updating, from walls to floors, to rooms and hallways.
As of today, we’ve taken out the old and outdated windows and replaced them with some beautiful brand new ones. Although it’s just windows, it’s already made a major difference on the building’s appearance. We can’t wait to show you what we’re planning on doing next, so be sure to stay tuned!
